About James Rohr

James is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and is nationally board-certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy. James completed his undergraduate studies in anthropology at Stanford University and his graduate studies in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. He also completed a certification program at Chengdu University in China.

James has extensive history working in integrative centers, providing the best in traditional and modern medicine. He was part of the healthcare teams at Scripps Center for Executive Health in La Jolla, Loyola University Medical Centers in Chicago, and Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare in Illinois. He is currently the head acupuncturist at Canyon Ranch Miami Beach. Prior to relocating to Florida, James was also a clinical supervisor and professor of acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and an instructor in the Health Sciences department for Kaplan University.

His clinical work has been mentioned in the New York Times, Northshore Magazine, and he has appeared doing acupuncture on NBC News South Florida Today. He is the author of numerous articles about health and wellness topics. James is also the developer of Tungz!, the first mobile application specifically for Chinese medicine tongue assessment.

About Lynn Symonette

Lynn Symonette holds Florida licenses for Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Massage Therapy. She is nationally board certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and is also nationally board certified in Massage Therapy by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. After receiving her undergraduate studies, she continued her post-graduate education at the Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, Florida where she earned both Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Oriental Medicine degrees, graduating with the valedictorian honors.

Lynn’s career as a bodywork specialist began in 2006 and involves work with a prestigious team of chiropractors in South Florida, various spas in Broward and Dade counties, and an internship with the Acupuncture Massage College clinic and Affordable Acupuncture Clinic in Miami, Florida. Her experience involves rehabilitative therapy, pain management, stress and anxiety treatments, nutrition counseling according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and various relaxation methods. She enjoys working with patients in many different capacities, encouraging each one to discover new methods of natural health and wellness. She works diligently with all of her patients and implements treatment methods that will allow each individual to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

About Jessica Ellerman

Jessica Ellerman is a state and nationally board certified Acupuncture Physician and Chinese herbalist. She completed a 4 year program of study to obtain a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. She also has a BA in French from McDaniel College in Maryland.

Jessica has 10 years of experience in her field and clinically has had the opportunity to work with a very diverse population of patients. One of her focuses is in the area of women's health, including infertility. While working in one of the most successful fertility clinics in the country, she supported women on their journey to become pregnant using acupuncture to improve the success rates of assisted reproductive technology (ART), such as IVF and IUI procedures.

In addition to private practice, she has also worked at Rady's Children's Hospital and Hospice in San Diego to help patients manage chronic pain and offer palliative care to cancer patients. Her other specialites include; digestive illness, anxiety, depression, thyroid and adrenal imbalance, peri and post menopausal issues, and acute and chronic pain management.

Jessica is truly passionate about helping her patients to achieve optimal health and vitality. She offers wholistic, comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient's needs, while providing the inspiration and tools for healthy living.

About Brandon Randolph

Brandon is a licensed massage therapist, graduating from the Acupuncture and Massage college of Miami, FL. He has trained in lymphatic drainage massage, shiastu, reflexology, Swedish, sports massage, prenatal, and deep tissue. Brandon combines his passion for massage with his knowledge of the body to create the best massage for the client.
